The idea is not to become an expert calligrapher, but to be inspired by masters in this art and have a go for fun. If you really enjoy this session, then follow more work by Mohammed Basdag and Chiara Perano.

During the lockdown this might be a good way to create a greetings card for birthdays, Easter, Passover, Ramadan – I could only find a Happy 50th card in the supermarket for our 17 year old niece!
